The purpose of the network is to unite ExxonMobil workers globally to achieve the following goals:
- Enforce global labor standards
- Enforce global human rights standards
- Stop outsourcing of jobs
- Increase job security worldwide
Dear colleagues,
This web site is for all workers at ExxonMobil to learn about the company, and about the unions that represent its workers. ExxonMobil has a long history of issues being raised relative to its questionable concern for the needs of workers and the communities in which it operates.
Because of this network and the activism of unions and community allies, the company is beginning to address human rights, environmental issues and workers' rights. We will work together throughout the globe to encourage the company to continue down this path. Although it will not be easy, we will succeed.
